Public issue of 42,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of DRS Dilip Roadlines limited ("ddrl" or the "company") for cash at a price of 75 per share (the "issue price"), aggregating to Rs. 31.50 Crores("the issue"), of which 2,25,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
