Initial public issue of 48,12,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Kritika Wires Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 32 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 22 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 15.40 crores ("Issue" ) of which 2,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for a cash price of Rs. 32 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.81 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
